Trouble with a purchase or download
Include the email address you used at checkout and roughly when you paid. That is enough for us to find the payment and re-issue your report. Please do not send card details.
Corrections and article feedback
If something we published is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what is off. We correct the page and update its revision date.
Privacy requests
To ask what data we hold, or to have it deleted, email us from the address you used and say what you want removed. See the privacy policy for what we collect.
Not an emergency service
